About Voice First Inclusion

I am passionate about ensuring that the voice of each child is heard, whether presented verbally or through behaviour communication and that we respond positively. The result is that children thrive and achieve their potential, schools run smoothly, outcomes become increasingly successful and parents enjoy sharing their child’s learning pathway.

I started Voice First Inclusion because, from my wide reaching, 30 year, career in both the independent and state sectors, I understand both the pressures that schools are under to improve Inclusion and Outcomes and the concern of parents wanting the best opportunities for their child.

I love being a part of this journey.

Snapshot of my Experience
